Developmental work in sector E-12 under Capital Development Authority (CDA) is underway.
80% work on road infrastructure has been completed. The sector remained neglected for a long time.
But, the current administration of CDA has started work on housing projects in this Sector to benefit the citizens. 
In this regard, the developmental work in E-12 is underway. 80% work on Service Road North in E-12 has been completed.
TST has been started. Work on the road infrastructure of E-12/3 has also been created. Similarly, 
the work on roads of E-12/2 is also underway. The administration of CDA has directed to assure the payment of BUP to affectees of
E-12 so that work on other parts of the sector can also be started after getting the occupation.
It would also help in fastening the developmental work.
