CDA collects Rs487 million According to detailed information, the bureau received 716,387 rupees in the inspection of 11 residential building completion certificates issued in July, and 7,230,790 rupees for two commercial buildings, approved 11 residential buildings at 150,150 rupees, and also received 29,274,925 rupees.

As the authorities took measures to ensure fiscal discipline and financially strengthen the authorities, revenue gradually increased. Instructions have been issued to ensure strict financial discipline so that the authorities can stabilize the financial situation. The CDA's building control department has approved 253 residential construction plans, as well as 18 commercial construction plans.

According to detailed information, since June 2021, revenue worth 487 million rupees has been raised. Various departments in Islamabad have cracked down on buildings that do not comply with urban construction regulations. According to media reports, since June 2021, the CDA has also issued 156 miscellaneous warnings on illegal buildings and structures.

Similarly, the third part of the Building Control Bureau issued certificates of completion for 11 residential buildings and certificates of completion for commercial buildings in March. Similarly, in addition to completing other similar cases, 54 residential district NOCs and 6 commercial district NOCs were issued, and revenue worth Rs. 3.69 million. The Capital Development Bureau Building Control Bureau has collected 18.804 crore in revenue. The capital Development Authority (CDA) generated revenues of Rs 32,271.15 crore in January through commercial and residential buildings, construction plans, and NOC's certificate of completion. The BCS department of CDA received a total of 09 residential construction completion certificates in January. No application for a certificate of completion of a commercial building has been received. However, the department received cases from 04 commercial buildings regarding the approved plan, through which the authorities collected Rs 14,516,994 in revenue. A total of 11 residential construction project cases were received, which generated an income of 349,800 rupees. Similarly, NOC received 44 approval cases for the construction of additional floors in commercial buildings, resulting in an income of Rs 14,196,240. A total of 61 approval cases for building additional floors in residential buildings were received from the National Petroleum Corporation. Through it, an income of Rs 1,462,996 was generated. The authorities generated 1,251,000 rupees in revenue through two NCU fines for residential construction.
