Real Estate Sector Expo in Islamabad Catches Public Attention

Islamabad: Pakistan International Property Housing and Construction Exhibition and Convention 2021 is being held in Pak-China Friendship Centre. This three-day exhibition on the pattern of the recently held Dubai Expo 2022, started on Friday has attracted a lot many Developers, builders, and real estate consultants, and developers. The event is providing a wonderful opportunity for the real estate players to gather around under one roof to discuss in detail their ongoing as well as upcoming projects. The interaction between real estate agents and potential buyers and investors from Pakistan and abroad is the hallmark of the exhibition.

This Real Estate Sector Expo also provides a platform for the masses to take any type of information from the different stalls regarding purchase and investment. The plans of real estate builders and developers in the form of brunchers are also available on the stalls. The Federal minister Azam Sawati also visited the convention and appreciated the initiative of the organizers to provide the platform to the buyers, sellers, and investors. Special Assistant to PM on CDA Affairs Mr. Ali Nawaz Awan also visited the Convention and lauded the arrangement made by the organizers. Mr. Fahad Barlas, a senior member of the Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industries, expressed his feeling about the success of the event and said, “Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry was formed just a month back and it is such a huge success”.

He further told the newsmen, “Our mission is to bring huge investments in Pakistan. As previously BOI also urged investors for the Investment In the Real Estate Sector Of Pakistan. Keeping in mind our PM’s initiative on construction business for low-cost and vertical development, we have tried to cater to all segments of society. The projects are mostly low-cost for the middle class and salaried persons as well for the elite class who would love to invest in bigger projects. It’s heartening to see the massive response from the public who are taking a big interest in the property business. This exhibition was organized after a year due to the COVID situation. Sixty companies from all over Pakistan are participating in the exhibition. Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry delegation would also visit the exhibition and share their feedback on the exhibition. Property business is mostly male-oriented business, but it’s good to see now that women entrepreneurs are also taking a keen interest in investing in this sector,” Mr. Barlas while talking about the criteria of selection of builders and developers said that the credibility and reputation of the developers and builders is a must before displaying their details publicly.
