Worth 140 Million 18 Plots Auctions Conducted by LDA

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Wednesday made an
announcement about the auction of 18 plots worth around 140 million. According
to the news sources the said plots are located in the Jubli Town Lahore City, Johar
Town Lahore City, and in the areas of Sabzazar in the main city. The auction of the
plots was carried out at LDA Community Center in Garden Town. The plots are of
different sizes, some the commercial plots, and others are residential. The detail
of the plots is given below. Six plots were located in Juli Town.

As per details six commercial plots auctioned in the Jubli Town are as follows Plot
number 629/4 worth PKR 5.192 million was auctioned in Jublie Town Rs 5.274
million was received from the auction of commercial plot number 629/6 in Block
A of Jubli Town.Rs 5.5 lac were collected from the sale of the commercial plot
number 762/2 in Block CRs  59 lac were collected by selling plot number 762/3 in
Block C. Whereas Rs 9.473 million was received from the auction of commercial
plot number 633/5 in Block A of Jubli Town and Rs 99 lac were received by
auctioning commercial plot no 804/10 in B Block of the Jubli Town. There was an
amount of 10.635 collected by auction of plot number 363 in Block M of Johar
Town.

Plot no 363 A of Johar Town Lahore was auctioned at Rs 9.392 million. Similarly,
another commercial plot numbered 363 B in Block M was auctioned and a
handsome amount of RS 9.093 million was collected out of it. There were also
some of the plots auctioned in the Sabzazar area of the provincial metropolis.
These plots include  Rs 7.92 million commercial plots located in Block N of the
Sabzazar area. Similarly, PKR 7.95 were received by auctioning of commercial plot
number 194-B in Block N of the Sabzazar. The auctioned process was fully
monitored by the auction committee members including DG Housing, Director
Finance, director of estate management, and director of land development.
