The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan is providing financial assistance to Pakistani students who wish to continue their studies at the undergraduate level. HEC offers two different types of scholarships. One is a national scholarship and the second is an International scholarship program.

This undergraduate scholarship for Pakistani students HEC is for Gilgit-Baltistan students. The major objective is to motivate more pupils from impoverished families to seek advanced learning. • Monthly compensation of PKR. 15,000
• Books and travel expense up to PKR. 30,000 per year

Important Information 

• The Education Testing Council HEC will administer an aptitude test, and candidates will be evaluated according to their results and academic background.
• Candidates must receive a minimum of 50% on the ETC exam.
• Any Pakistani institution or university in the public sector is open to applicants. However, any additional costs above those listed in project PC-1 will be covered by the student.

HEC Moroccan Scholarships 2023

The HEC of Pakistan is happy to approve Pakistani applicants' applications to enroll in Morocco for the year 2023–2024 through the AMCI.  

Students can apply for Moroccan Government Scholarships through HEC International Scholarships in any degree program at the undergraduate, Master's, and Ph.D. levels.

For consideration for the Morocco Scholarships, the following criteria must be met by participants:

Admission requirements

• All Pakistanis may apply.
• The scholarship program requires that shortlisted applicants be available to attend.

Credentials requirements

• The undergraduate program necessitates a total of 12 years of education.
• Applicants for master's programs must have a certificate of 16 years of education.
• An overall number of 18 years of education are required for the Ph.D. program.

Language requirements: 

Only those who have shown competency in the language are allowed to apply since the scholarship program is done exclusively in French. No student will be allowed to take a scholarship unless they have proven to have a strong command of the French language.

As it is a fully funded scholarship the Moroccan scholarship will pay for visa requirements, housing, medical insurance, and a stipend.
