This effort is completely in line with the caretaker prime minister's goal of bolstering support for Pakistanis living abroad. The Complaint Monitoring Cell (CMC) provides an exclusive forum for Pakistanis living abroad to file complaints and get prompt, satisfactory responses to their issues.
The installation of a special Universal Access Number (UAN) at +92 51 111 040 040 is one of the CMC's standout features. Two WhatsApp numbers (+92 301 9872195 & +92 306 0329901) have also been provided to make it simpler for Pakistanis living abroad to file complaints. A user-friendly web portal for an Online Complaint Management System has been built (https://opf.pitb.gov.pk), allowing seamless compliant input and tracking.
A mutually beneficial relationship between Pakistan and Pakistanis living abroad is another objective of the interim government, according to SAPM Sohrab, who also emphasized this in order to improve amenities and service delivery.
