Beginning today (Monday), the Capital Development Authority (CDA) will auction off commercial properties in the Blue Area and other developed areas of the federal capital. It is an effort to raise money for the capital city and attract investors to the auction. A CDA official advised potential investors to take part in the auction, which will take place at the Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad. The auction is expected to have a major effect on the capital city's commercial real estate sector. He added that the Authority had already made the schedule for the auction of various plots in various publications public and that it would continue till May 31 on multiple sectors of the Islamabad capital territory.

The official claimed that domestic and international investors must take advantage of this investment opportunity, which had been declared an excellent opportunity for real estate experts. Commercial plots can be owned by investors in the open sale with "legal protection." Information on the commercial lots in the federal capital's developed areas includes information about different centres, agro farms, gas stations, the northern section of E-11, a Class-III shopping centre, Park Enclave commercial and the Blue Area E-11/F-11.
