CDA Raised Rupees 11 Billion in Two Days of Auction

Islamabad: According to the latest news, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has made a noteworthy achievement by holding a successful auction that raised PKR 11 billion in just two days. This is despite all odds.

The data indicate that the specific plot, which is located in the Diplomatic Enclave and measures 3888.88 square yards, was sold for PKR 3.3 billion, or a price per square yard of PKR 860,000. The sale of this one plot, which brought in almost PKR 11 billion over two days, contributed significantly to the CDA's earnings despite the low participation. For the financially strapped CDA, this is a huge relief.
