Islamabad: According to news stories from November 25, Captain (retired) Muhammad Usman Younis, the CEO of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), has issued directions to speed up development work in Sector I-12.

According to a CDA spokesperson, the CDA Land Directorate is making contact with Sector I-12 affectees to address their concerns and issues so that construction work can be started. The Land Directorate will meet with the affected parties of Sectors I-12/1 and I-12/4 in the upcoming week to hear their grievances and resolve them, he added.
According to the details, 18% of the development work in Sectors I-12/2 and I-12/3 has already been finished. The CDA chairman wants the development work in these sectors to be finished quickly so that the allottees can begin building their homes. Additionally, according to the CDA spokesperson, the concerns pertaining to the allottees have been resolved, and possession would be given to the allottees as soon as the development is completed.
