Karachi: According to the latest news source the Sindh cabinet approved funding for several development projects during a meeting presided over by Sindh Chief Minister Maqbool Baqar at CM House in Karachi. PKR 1.1 billion of the authorized funding would go towards building a link road interchange. The location of this connecting road junction, however, is not mentioned in the news story.

The following other projects have the money approved by the Sindh Cabinet:
Electric Buses: 50 electric buses will be operated on city highways with an approved budget of PKR 768.6 million.
Subsidy for People's Buses: PKR 579.756 million is given as a subsidy for people's buses that run inside districts.
Khirthar National Park: PKR 33.956 million has been allowed for the park's border marking and boundary pillar installation.
West District Schools: Three schools in the West district will be rebuilt with a budget of PKR 1424.720 million.
Repair of the Hindu Gymkhana: A budget of Rs115 million has been granted for the Hindu Gymkhana's repair. Provincial caretaker ministers, P&D Chairman Sahkil Mangnejo, Chief Secretary Dr. Fakhre Alam, and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.
