Deadline for Direct Sale of Plots Extended by DHA Quetta

Quetta: According to a statement published on the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta's official Facebook page on June 14, the deadline for registering direct sales of commercial and residential plots has been extended.

The administration has extended the registration deadline for plots being sold directly in DHA Quetta as commercial and residential properties until Monday, June 19, 2023 at 5 PM. It is significant to note that the authorities have set June 20 and 21 as the dates for the direct sale of commercial and residential plots.

In another development, on June 15, the DHA Quetta posted encouraging information for owners of Sector 6-A plots on the page's official Facebook page. According to the post, plot owners who have not paid their development expenses would be assisted in clearing their dues without paying a late fee until June 30.
