Deadline for First Installment of Early Bird Commercial Extended by DHA Quetta

Quetta: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has extended the submission date for the first instalment of Early Bird Commercial-2023 plot payments. The decision was taken in response to the passionate appeals of its esteemed members. On August 12, it was announced in an official Facebook post. The administration has extended the submission deadline to September 5 in order to accommodate the requirements of its cherished members and give them greater convenience.

 This calculated action attempts to streamline the payment process and give members plenty of time to meet their financial responsibilities. Every member is encouraged to take advantage of this extension and fulfil their obligation by sending the first instalment for their Early Bird Commercial-2023 plots by the deadline.

Another noteworthy development is the extension of the unique discount on development fees by DHA Quetta. Exclusively for owners of Sector A6 plots, this offer was extended through July 17, 2023. It has now been extended to September 5. According to the information in the announcement, people who have not yet paid their development charge balances may do so without paying any further surcharges.
