Deadline for Surcharge Waiver Scheme Extended by DHA Quetta

Quetta: On June 1, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta posted on its official Facebook page to share good news with its distinguished members and clients. The good news for DHA Quetta members is that the surcharge waiver scheme's 2023 deadline has been extended at the customers' request. According to the details, this program's deadline, which was previously May 31, is now extended till June 9, 2023.

To be eligible for this surcharge waiver program, members must pay their installments in full till June 9. The surcharge waiver scheme is broken down into three categories, with the following details:

1.  For consumers who purchase 5-marla marketing, a 100% surcharge discount is being granted on the payment of all installments of development charges.
2. Residential plot owners who pay all installments on time will receive a 40% surcharge discount.
3.  Commercial plot owners who pay up all installments and own ballot commercial plots will receive a 35% discount surcharge.
