DHA Bahawalpur Starts Development Work on Orchard Enclave

Bahawalpur: A post on the Defence Housing Authority's (DHA) official Facebook page on November 2 stated that the development of Orchard Enclave, their flagship real estate masterpiece, has officially begun. According to the information provided, the launch of this project was marked with an official ceremony that was attended by dignitaries from across the nation as well as government representatives, real estate experts, investors, and business executives.

The event was presided over by Lieutenant General Saqib Mehmood Malik HI (M), President of the Project Management Committee, who praised the DHA administration for turning the idea into a brilliant development plan. In his speech to the attendees, General Saqib Mehmood Malik disclosed that the initial stage of the project is expected to be finished in eight months. following which the interested parties will receive possession.

 He also revealed intentions to establish an access road shortly that would link DHA Bahawalpur with Bahawalpur City, highlighting the project's high importance and rapid development methodology. Orchard Enclave, with its world-class amenities and facilities, is ready to become a green and modern community, according to General Saqib Mehmood Malik. The idea intends to create a distinctive and sustainable living environment by fusing modern living with the tranquillity of nature.
