DHA Multan Announced Date for Phase-1, Ballot 3

Multan: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has provided great news for its members by releasing the date for Phase-I Ballot 3. On September 21, this was posted on the authority's official Facebook page.

According to the information, Phase-I Ballot 3 will take place on October 20, 2023, and all members who purchased Ballot-3 Files by September 30, 2023, will be eligible to participate. In addition, DHA Multan is providing a special opportunity for individuals who are interested in turning their standard files into Golden Files. The plot locations in Sector F, E, S, O, and Y are better with these Golden Files, among their many other advantages. The conversion must be finished by members before October 6 in order to take advantage of this opportunity.

Here are the additional costs for individuals who are thinking about the conversion:

 10 Marla: PKR 2.5 Lac 

1 Kanal: PKR 5 Lac

 5 Marla: PKR 2 Lac

Members can effortlessly make these payments into the DHA Multan Fund account through bank drafts or online transactions. It's crucial to keep in mind that some files that have previously been issued for certain sectors, such as 5 Marla in Sector E, are free from additional conversion fees.
