Multan: Members in default have been warned by the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Multan that their plots may be cancelled if unpaid balances are not paid in whole and on time. The formal notification made public on December 1 on the authority's Facebook page, is a direct warning to those members who have neglected to make their financial obligations.
The payment deadline was moved from October 31, 2023, to November 20, 2023, giving members more time to complete their responsibilities. But today, there are consequences for not complying, especially for Phase-I members who have plots in Sectors M, Q, and R. With effect from December 1, 2023, DHA Multan has formally revoked the plots in these designated sectors that belonged to defaulting members. The following are the details
For those impacted, there is still time: the cancellation can be reinstated, but only through December 31, 2023. This deadline cannot be extended and is contingent upon full payment of all past-due installments and any relevant fees. Furthermore, the cancellation policy for members in default in the remaining sectors will be revealed soon.
