• In order to be eligible for the reimbursement of development expenditures, candidates must meet certain requirements: After the map is approved, the residential building's construction must start within 30 days.
• If the residential structure is finished in less than 18 months, a 100% reimbursement of the development costs is guaranteed.
• Should the residential block be finished in less than 24 months, a 50% reimbursement of development expenditures will be granted.
• During regular business hours, interested candidates can submit their applications in physical copy or electronically to the Town Planning Office and Building Control Office.
