DHA Quetta Extends Deadline for Down Payment of Early Bird Commercial

Quetta: The deadline for submitting the down payment for the Early Bird Commercial-2023 plot has been extended by the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta. On April 18, the administration announced this information via a post on the authority's official Facebook page.

The deadline for submitting the down payment is May 5, 2023 (Friday), according to the specifics. Customers of Early Bird Commercial can pay the deposit during regular business hours. The DHA offices in Quetta are open until five o'clock. The DHA management claimed that it chose to help the clients by extending the deadline for completing the down payment for Early Bird Commercial-2023 plots in response to their requests and in consideration of the shorter office hours during Ramadan.

As per the new payment plan, The term has been extended from two to three quarters in accordance with the new payment plan. This indicates that the remaining balance must be paid in installments over three quarters after the down payment has been cleared. With this modification, the payment installment is reduced from PKR 7,110,000 to PKR 4,740,000. More customers are expected to be drawn to the Early Bird Commercial-2023 plots thanks to this additional payment option, particularly those who were unable to make the whole payment within two quarters.
