DHA Quetta Invited EOI for 8-Marla DHA Villas

Quetta: According to a post uploaded on the Defence Housing Authority's (DHA) official Facebook page on March 24, the DHA Quetta has requested Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable organizations for 8-marla DHA Villas on a "Payment Schedule Sale Model." DHA Quetta is a beautiful, self-contained Smart City that includes both residential and commercial areas. The development work is progressing quickly in order to keep its commitment to its residents to provide modern amenities.

According to the details, the administration is looking for expressions of interest (EOI) for a number of investment possibilities on the "Payment Schedule Selling Model" for 8-marla DHA Villas from reputable enterprises with respectable financial standing, technical know-how, and experience. The government stated that the Director of Town Planning & Building Control should be contacted to receive the EOI before the 15th of April next month.

The following records must be included in the EOI:

·        description of the business

·        five-year financial statement

·        prior experience with similar projects

·        ongoing projects at the moment

In accordance with policy, the DHA Quetta has the authority to accept or reject any and all applications, according to the post.
