The CDA has also expedited the facilitation centre's building plan approval procedure, proactively, guaranteeing prompt service. By this new and accelerated procedure, houses up to 356 yards in length will now be approved in two days along with the required paperwork, for an extra PKR 20,000. Approval for larger residential buildings (more than 356 yards) will be given in 2 days for a PKR 30,000 cost.

Additionally, commercial buildings up to 10,000 square yards would undergo a simplified clearance process within three days. To handle these issues, a special desk has been set up, so citizens won't have to stand in separate lines. The facilitation centre's layout guarantees a comfortable and effective process by creating a welcoming atmosphere for citizens.

Citizens using the fast-track service can go straight to the appropriate desk using their allotted number after receiving a token. This makes it easier for the relevant desk to process their case quickly. The fast-track service's installation guarantees that citizens who visit the CDA Facilitation Centre won't have to wait in long queues or endure excessive wait times. Upon completion of the required paper documentation, approval will be given out right away, improving the process's overall effectiveness.
