LDA City 4th Balloting to be Held Tomorrow

Lahore: According to a statement posted on the LDA's official Facebook page on February 27, Director General (DG) Amir Ali Ahmad of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced that the fourth balloting of the LDA City Housing Scheme would take place on February 28. According to the announcement, the computerized draw will involve 1,150 plots and take place at the LDA Sports Complex in Johar Town. The balloting will be carried out by the Punjab Information Technology Board in full openness (PITB).

Also, the file holders have been given the following guidelines in order to participate in the LDA City 4th ballot:

• The 4th LDA City Housing Ballot will only include landowners who turned up their property to the LDA before February 20.

• The ballot for February 28 will only include files for which an exemption letter was obtained before February 20.

Citizens who wish to purchase plot files directly from landowners should verify the "Entitlement Letter" issued by the LDA in the landowner's name. People purchasing files directly from landowners should also verify that the file has been properly processed for the issuance of the LDA confirmation letter.
