New dates for the postponed matriculation exams (SSC part 1) have been issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi. According to the revised schedule, the Chemistry paper will be held on May 17th, and Islamiyat (Compulsory) / Seerat-ul-Rasool will take place on May 18th, 2023, 2023. Additionally, it stated that the mandatory Tarjama-Tul-Quran-ul-Majeed/Ethics (for Non-Muslims) exam would take place on May 15, 2023.

The BISE Rawalpindi reports that the updated schedule of dates has been posted on the website www.biserwp.edu.pk. The updated schedule is now available for students to review and prepare for. The declaration of the postponement was made as Pakistan's political situation remained unstable over the past few days.
It is pertinent to mention here that the ongoing 9th class exams were postponed throughout Punjab and now the IBCC has rescheduled the exam dates in all boards of the Punjab.
