NOVA City Phase-1 Peshawar Cancelled NOC by TMA Charsadda

PESHAWAR: Due to a lack of required paperwork and document tampering, the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) of Charsadda has canceled the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Nova City Phase 1 Peshawar. Ch Junaid, the CEO of Nova City, is allegedly involved in the reselling of plots from KP Enclave as Nova City Phase 1. According to the data, Mr. Daud Jan, the Managing Director of Accurate Development Pvt LTD, has received a note from the TMA Charsadda ordering him to take down all advertisements, billboards, and signboards connected to Nova City Phase 1 Charsadda/Peshawar Division within seven days.

In order to remove all billboards and signboards relating to Nova City Charsadda/Peshawar Division, the TMA Charsadda has also given copies of the memo to various officials, including the Deputy Commissioner Charsadda, Assistant Commissioner (HQ), and CEO of Cantonment Board Peshawar. Significantly, investors and clients of Nova City Phase 1 have expressed concern as a result of the cancellation of the NOC and the subsequent removal of advertisements and signboards.

The TMA Charsadda has additionally encouraged the general people to exercise caution and double-check the legitimacy of any property connected to Nova City Phase 1 before making an investment in it.
