Islamabad: According to an advertisement published in the national dailies on April 5, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has stated that allottees can take ownership of their plots through online bookings. The notification stated that the CDA website apps.cda.gov.pk contained plot information.
Also, it was stated that plots in Sector I-15 will not be subject to extension fees; as a result, allottees are urged to take possession of their plots as soon as possible. To finalize possession of plots in Sector I-15, the allottees must meet the CDA employees on the designated dates at the designated locations (as chosen in the online booking made through the CDA website).

Previously, the authority also revealed that it has resumed development work in the sector and intends to complete it with all possible haste. CDA Chairman Noorul Amin Mengal stated that every effort will be implemented to ensure the rapid development of Sector I-15 and the land transfer to the allottees. It is important to note that earlier, the allottees were given possession after a 15-year period had passed because the authority's management placed a high priority on the building and growth of the city. As a result, plot owners of I-15 remained neglected for decades. They were unable to construct homes on their plots for a considerable period of time, but now they will be able to start building their houses.
