OPF Housing Scheme Opens Pre Booking of Residential Plots

Islamabad: On October 6, a press advertisement reported that the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Housing & Works Division has begun accepting pre-booking for residential plots at the OPF Housing Scheme for Overseas Pakistanis on Rawat Kallar Syeddan Road in Rawalpindi. For overseas Pakistanis, this news represents a rare chance to purchase residential plots in various sizes, including 5, 8, and 10 marlas. This project's location is appealing because it is only 2 miles from G T Road.

Eligibility requirements for submitting a plot application for the OPF Housing Scheme:

• A token payment of PKR 500,000 and the application are required for pre-booking. A non-refundable processing fee of PKR 15,000 will also be charged. Overseas Pakistanis must be OPF members.
• Application forms for these plots are available at the OPF Head Office and on the OPF website, www.opf.org.pk.The approximate costs for the plots will be on the application forms.

Additionally, it should be understood that OPF retains the right to accept or reject any proposals at any point until the designation of the plot type. Successful applicants must pay the remaining plot price in instalments after the token payment has been deducted from the plot's cost.
