Possession Date of Plots Announced LDA City, Jinnah Sector C Block

Lahore: On Thursday, Commissioner Lahore and DG LDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, jointly stated that this Saturday is the planned date for the handover of plots in Jinnah Sector C Block. A credible source broke this news On December 29. The details indicate that the distribution of possession, which will take place soon, will be the first phase and will include more than 1,500 plots in C Block. The legitimate proprietors will be awarded these plots, which range in size from one to two kanals and five to ten Marlas.

Commissioner Lahore called a critical conference to discuss the important issue of awarding plot owners in LDA City's Jinnah Sector, C-Block, possession of their plots. C-Block, which is 1,200 kanals in size, has a variety of amenities, such as a park, sports complex, cricket stadium, and others. Significant advancements have been achieved in the building of Chenab Road's skyscraper, with the facilitation centre moving quickly and the finishing touches currently under progress.

The two senior officials said that bids for the purchase of the remaining properties in the Jinnah Sector will shortly be made public. They underlined that the administrative issues with LDA City's plots had been successfully resolved by the Punjab CM's directions.
