Possession of Sector G & N Handed Over by DHA Multan

The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) of Multan has transferred Possession in Sectors G and N. On September 27, this was posted on the authority's official Facebook page. According to the details, Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani declared the successful possession of Sectors G & N (1 Kanal), signifying yet another accomplishment after the successful acquisition of 11 sectors inside the expansive community.

During the ceremony, the authority unveiled incentives, including the potential for up to a 100% forgiveness of development and utility fees for individuals who finish building their homes or commercial structures by December 31, 2024.

In addition to this noteworthy development, Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani, SI(M), also revealed the much-anticipated date for the Phase 1 Ballot, which is expected to bring the community even more chances and progress. He emphasised the opportunity for prestigious members to convert their Normal Files to Golden Files, known as the File Conversion Opportunity.
