Public Auction of Residential and Commercial Plots Organized by LDA

LAHORE: At the LDA Community Center in New Garden Town, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) staged a spectacular public auction of commercial and residential plots in a number of provincial capital developments.

Syed Munawwar Bukhari, Additional DG (Housing), attended the public auction, where 15 properties in Mustafa Town, Tajpura, Johar Town, and Jubilee Town were sold for Rs 257,999,000.

According to the details, nine residential and six business plots were also sold at the auction.

 Property No. 204 (Corner), Block Ahmed Yar (Commercial), Mustafa Town, which was sold for Rs. 9,158,400, was one of the plots up for sale.

Ahmed Yar Commercial Land No. 204-C, which sold for Rs. 7,977,600

Tajpura (Commercial) Land No. 547, Block D, was sold at auction for Rs. 6,365,400.

Block D, Tajpura (Residential), Plot No. 548 was sold for Rs. 6,355,000.

 Other residential and commercial plots were also put up for auction in various places, including Johar Town and Jubilee Town.

The Director of Finance, Directors of Housing, Additional Director General (Housing), and other relevant personnel were among the members of the auction committee who took part in the open bidding.
