The RDA has made the tough decision to take action against illegal land conversion, subdivision, and marketing of such unlawful projects. Without a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the civic body, it is unlawful to begin housing schemes, apartment projects, commercial buildings, and other developments, according to the RDA.
