Balloting Date Announced for Commercial Plots in LDA City

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced a balloting date to allot plot numbers to the allottees of the commercial files. According to the official Facebook page of the LDA, balloting for the commercial files assigned in the Jinnah Sector of the LDA City has been announced. The Oct 14 post on the official Facebook page of the authority says that the balloting for the commercial plots in the said sector would be held on October 29 this month.

It was also announced by the LDA that only those files would be included in the balloting process for which 50 percent cost including a 20 percent down payment and three quarterly installments have been paid. The LDA has further directed all the members who are in possession of commercial plots of the said sector to pay their installments before the 20th of this month to become a part of the upcoming ballot. The LDA City office, LDA Complex, Avenue-1 Housing Scheme, and Raiwind Road in Lahore, The LDA further added the Challans for the outstanding dues.
