Lahore: "Grand Souq Lahore," a new venture from the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), or CBD, offers great investment opportunities for retailers and investors. To be included on the ballot for the shops in the first-ever souq on Main Ferozepur Road, interested parties must apply by December 1.

It was discovered that the Grand Souk Lahore stores had the following prices for their 350, 450, and 550 square feet of space: Ground-floor stores are priced starting at PKR 100,000 per square foot; first-floor shops are priced starting at PKR 85,000 per square foot; and second-floor shops are priced starting at PKR 75,000 per sqft
In addition to receiving ownership in three years, the buyers can use a four-year instalment plan. Starting on December 15, the stores will begin to cast ballots. Prospective investors can pick up registration paperwork at Allied Bank locations to reserve a unit.
