The landowners whose property was purchased by CDA for the construction of Sectors C-14, C-15, and C-16 received ownership rights through the ballot. The authority has also granted land ownership to 33 plots in Sector C-14, 242 plots in C-15, and 136 plots in C-16, according to the sources. Software created by the National Database and Registration Authority was used to conduct the voting (NADRA).
It's vital to remember that the CDA's plan to expand and modernize the city includes the construction of Sectors C-14, C-15, and C-16. For many years, the authority has been trying to acquire land and provide compensation to those who may be affected by the development. The most recent balloting represents a significant advancement in the city's ongoing process of development and improvement.
