CDA Directed to Ensure Speedy Development of E-12 Sector

Islamabad: According to news reports on December 16, Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Muhammad Usman Younis urged the CDA officials to accelerate the construction work in Sector E-12 so that owners may take possession of their plots immediately. The chairman has instructed the CDA Engineering Wing to use their expertise to expedite the work and to update him daily to give ownership to the plot allottees as soon as possible.

The chairman has ordered the relevant agencies to resolve the residents' long-overdue complaints without further delay. The chairman has directed the CDA engineering wing to ensure that the development work is carried out effectively and efficiently.

Chairman Younis further emphasized the need for the authority to ensure the timely completion of the development process. It is significant to note that the CDA has started an area development project for several city blocks and zones. It has issued work orders for the development work in Sectors I-12, 15, and E-11 and 12 in this respect.

However, there have been reported delays in the work's advancement due to different administrative and budgetary factors. The incumbent administration of the civic body is working round the clock to minimize the woes and worries of the masses at the earliest.
