The project encompasses more than 10,000 kanals in Kurri village, as the details make clear. Even though the CDA owns the site, the project—which is expected to cost billions of rupees—will be carried out in partnership with a well-known real estate developer or a group of businesses.
The CDA board has previously approved the start and growth of housing projects developed in collaboration with the private sector. Reputable companies have been asked to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIS) for the project's implementation. The chosen real estate company will contribute to the project's advancement and planning.
