CDA Offers Plots to Overseas Pakistanis in C Sector Series

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has made appealing investment opportunities available to overseas Pakistanis in the C-series Sectors for residential plots of various sizes. According to the details, the CDA emphasized the advantages of this investment choice and urged anyone who was interested to register online beginning on May 23. As per CDA officials On June 20, a computerized balloting will be held in this regard. The whole process will be conducted online which would ensure complete transparency.

 The entire procedure can be finished online, providing accessibility and convenience. The C-series Sectors are well-connected, with easy access to major routes like the Kashmir Highway, GT Road, and the Motorway. Payments for the plots are to be made in USD through the banking channel, ensuring transparency and ease of transaction. Each person can submit multiple applications, maximizing the chances of securing a desired plot.

Terms and Conditions

  •   A 10% discount is provided for complete payments made within 30 days of the provisional offer letter's issue.
  •   The CDA guarantees prompt delivery of the plots, guaranteeing customers a hassle-free experience.
  •   The only Pakistanis living abroad who are eligible to apply are those who have dual citizenship or a valid Pakistan Origin Card/National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICO).
  •   The CDA Facilitation Centre provides easy-to-use facilities for property transfers, streamlining the ownership change process.
  •   A 25% down payment is required to transfer ownership of the property, and all subsequent payments must follow the dates and conditions outlined in the brochure.
  •   The only Pakistanis living abroad who are eligible to apply are those who have dual citizenship or a valid Pakistan Origin Card/National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICO).
  •   Each application will be subject to a $200 registration fee.
