DHA Multan Announces to Handover Possession of Sector B1 Plots Next Month

According to a statement published on the Defense Housing Administration (DHA) Multan's official Facebook page on July 25, the administration has decided to transfer possession of plots in Sector B1 next month.

Earlier the authority had planned to transfer ownership of 10-marla plots in Sector B1 in July, according to the details. However, this was delayed for a number of reasons. The administration has declared that August will see the transfer of possession. The precise date was not stated in the post, though.

It's important to note that only Sector B1 in DHA Multan offers 10-marla plots. The content shared by DHA Multan highlighted Sector B1's benefit of having quick access to Bosan Road. Moreover, the authority has also announced a 100 per cent discount on development charges for those who complete construction work within a year.
