DHA Multan Introduces Incentive Program for Sector V

Multan: On June 5, a post was uploaded on the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Multan's official Facebook page announcing an incentive program for Sector V members.

According to the information, Sector V 8-marla plots received possession certificates from Project Director Brig Shoaib Anwar Kayani. The project director also announced an incentive program for Sector V  DHA Multan members at the occasion, giving a 100% reimbursement of development fees and utility fees for early construction completed by June 30, 2024. Construction fees will be waived by 80% if it is finished by August 31, 2024, 60% if it is finished by October 31, 2024, and 50 % waiver for the ones who complete construction by December 31, 2024.

 Similarly, the authority has also announced the utility charges waiver for the Cut-0ff date for the start of residential units. The incentive scheme launched by DHA Multan aims to boost early construction and development in Society.
