DHA Quetta Decides to Issue Tenders for Signature Houses Construction

Quetta: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has made the decision to hire contractors to build "Signature Houses" as part of the residential development. For the construction of the grey constructions of Signature Houses in Sector A, Phase-I of the housing society, DHA Quetta has requested proposals from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and DHA Quetta (C-5 and above). These houses will range in size from 1 kanal to 5 & 16 marla.

Additionally, the article notes that during business hours, interested enterprises may acquire tender documentation from the Director of Town Planning & Building Control, DHA Quetta. It will be possible to access the materials from June 5 through June 15.

The tender documents can be received by sending a written request on the company's letterhead and paying PKR 5,000 for each set in the form of a pay order in DHA Quetta's favor. The sealed technical and financial proposals (one original and two copies) that are correctly finished in all respects must be delivered to the TP&BC Directorate by June 26 at the latest. Construction firms/contractors that are not registered with PEC will not be eligible to make a bid. DHA Quetta maintains the right to reject any or all firms in accordance with the terms of rules and regulations.
