ISLAMABAD: Maulana Abdul Wasay, the federal minister of housing and works, chaired meetings of the executive boards of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) and the Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHAF). The meetings were centred on the numerous agendas put out by the departments, talking about current initiatives and projects of the authority. Board members debated issues about various ongoing initiatives within their respective departments throughout the sessions. Maulana Abdul Wasay emphasised the need for accelerating project construction work and making sure that it is finished on schedule and within the allotted timeframe.

The minister further asked the FGEHA to make the timely delivery of finished projects to the designated parties a priority. The minister also emphasised the need for quality control and sticking to the established deadlines, and he declared a zero-tolerance policy for any neglect in these areas.
Maulana Abdul Wasay also directed the rapid restart of all ongoing projects, assuring the prompt and uninterrupted delivery of apartments and plots to government workers. Additionally, representatives from several ministries and departments, including the Finance Ministry, Law Ministry, PHAF, and Housing Ministry, took part in the discussion. To accomplish the goals of these housing programmes, the officials emphasised the value of cooperation and collaboration.
