Due to its high cost, this project will be completed in three phases as per the supplied details. Sewer lines will be built on both sides of Nullah Leh from the New Katarian Bridge to the Swaan River, a distance of 16 km, in the first phase. Then, to enhance the flow of rainwater, Nullah Leh will be enlarged in the middle during the second phase. On both sides, roadways will be built during the third phase.
An executing agency has been engaged for the Nullah Leh-approved project, and the project will be overseen by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
Large sewerage trunk lines will be built on both sides of Nullah Leh as part of a thorough feasibility study, for which the RDA has been directed to use the authorised funds to hire consultants. By directing sewage out of Nullah Leh and into the Swaan River, these trunk lines will improve the region's wastewater management.
