LDA City Defaulters Informed to Clear the Outstanding Dues to Avert Plot Cancellation

Lahore: According to an advertisement in the top newspapers, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has warned LDA City file holders to pay their debts on time to prevent losing ownership of their plot files.

All LDA City file holders have been notified by the LDA to clear their past-due balances with a 17.5% yearly late payment penalty. The file would be deleted if they didn't follow the notice's instructions. The notification also included the instructions below.

• File holders who have not paid their payments in full by June 30, 2022, are asked to do so with a late payment penalty of 17.5%.
• Customers can go to the LDA website and download the challan form by providing their registration number.
• Customers can visit the LDA City Directorate or contact them via WhatsApp for the correction of any errors in the challan form.
• Payments can be made in favor of LDA using online channels or through any bank using the One-Link facility.
• In the event that dues are not paid as specified in the exemption letter, LDA is authorized to cancel the plot allotment.
