LDA Decides to Offer Possession in LDA City Block C in Jinnah Sector

Lahore: As reported on November 12, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has disclosed its intention to begin the possession procedure for plots in Block C of LDA City's Jinnah Sector during the first week of December. This statement was made on Saturday during a meeting presided over by LDA Director General (DG) Muhammad Ali Randhawa and Commissioner Lahore. The commissioner instructed officials to establish an on-site one-window service to speed up payments for LDA City land acquisition. Commissioner Randhawa stated that he thought the concerned residents of LDA City would gain from this one-window system.

He gave them instructions to write an action plan that included a status report on the ongoing development projects. He also emphasised the significance of regularly reviewing LDA City's progress and asked the cops posted to LDA City for a thorough performance report. During the meeting, there was a thorough review of the plans to take ownership of C Block. A thorough presentation emphasised improvements in road construction, signboard positioning, street light installation, and construction. The meeting was informed that LDA City is accelerating its development initiatives.

The LDA City team, Additional Commissioner Usman Ghani, Additional DG UP Khalid Guraya, Director Finance, Director LAC, and the Project Director were also present at the meeting.
