LDA Sets January 24 for Year’s First Exclusive Auction

Lahore: According to a news source this morning, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is getting ready for its first auction of the year, which will be held on January 24 at the LDA Community Centre in New Garden Town.

The disclosed information states that a wide range of business and residential plots in Allama Iqbal Town, Jail Road, Johar Town, and other related plans are up for auction. The inclusion of rooftop restaurant lease rights in prominent places like Moon Market, Shah Alam Market, and Park and Ride Plaza is noteworthy.

In addition to these options, the auction will feature rental rights for parking spaces in Qaid-e-Azam Town, the first-floor Markaz Site in Jubilee Town, commercial spaces in Gulberg's Park and Ride Plaza, and a variety of public utility sites dispersed throughout several schemes. Properties up for auction include retail stores in Tezab Market, Do-Moria Bridge, and the Package Area on Walton Road, as well as commercial and residential plots in Johar Town, Jubilee Town, Sabza Zar, Gulshan Ravi, Tajpura, and Qaide Azam Town.
