Payment Schedule for Early Bird Commercial Revised by DHA Quetta

Quetta: According to a post published on the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta's official Facebook page on July 25, the authority has revised its quarterly instalment schedules for Early Bird Commercial customers.

After receiving a down payment for commercial plots measuring one kanal, eight marlas, and four marlas, the authority has now introduced simple quarterly instalment options. The ads state that the payment schedule for commercial plots of one kanal and eight marlas has been increased from four to eight quarterly instalments. Similar to this, the payment schedule for commercial 4-marla plots has been increased to 6 quarterly instalments rather than 3.

Additionally, the DHA Quetta has extended the due date for the initial instalment payment till August 15 and waived late fees for contributions received prior to the deadline.
