Lahore: According to a source on April 1, the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) is still at the forefront of urban infrastructure development, having made significant strides in important projects like the Walton Road Upgradation and Walton Railway Crossing Flyovers initiatives.

The specifics state that CEO Imran Amin recently presided over an extensive review meeting, reiterating the authority's commitment to significant and timely urban evolution. The major developments in the Walton Road Upgradation and Walton Railway Crossing Flyovers projects were briefed to CEO Imran Amin during the meeting.
Important accomplishments were emphasised throughout the review. Six piers and two abutment walls for the well-known Ishaq Shaheed Flyover have been finished, and work on steel fixing and shuttering—two essential components of the Walton Road Upgradation—is still proceeding. It is also significant that 70% of the steel fixing for the ADA Nullah redesign has been completed, and roadworks have started. Furthermore, a considerable amount of progress has been made in the Walton Railway Crossing Flyovers project; girders for one section have been finished and asphalt has been poured up to the MSC wall slope.
Attending the meeting were representatives from NESPAK and NLC, as well as executives Riaz Hussain, Executive Director Technical Asif Iqbal, Director Project Management Sameer Aftab Sial, Director Architecture and Planning Asif Babar, and Director Construction.
