Road Blockaded in Rawalpindi Continued to Second Day

Rawalpindi: The commuters of the twin cities have continued to face severe problems while traveling to their destinations as the road blockades continue to persist on various important points of Murree Road and other major arteries of the city. The situation in the city has been further aggravated when the police remain silent about the situation. The situation has forced the commuters to wander in the streets and service roads to look for alternative routes as the main routes have been blocked by the protesters by setting up their camps right in the middle of the main Murree Road. The suspension of the Metro Bus Service as well as local transport further added to the miseries of the people.
