According to news stories from the 23rd of February, the Sirius Tower, which would be the highest structure in Punjab, will be located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Lahore. The tower is expected to attract huge investment both at the domestic as well as international levels. According to the specifics, Sirius Tower would be positioned in the heart of Lahore's CBD on Punjab Boulevard. It is a mixed-use development that will provide space for business, leisure, and residential uses. The building's approved height is 750 feet, and it will be built on 24 kanals of land. The three phases of the skyscraper's construction—Digital Valley, Business District, and Commercial & Residential District—were disclosed.

According to the news source, this massive project will foster sustainable growth and job possibilities via a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) or Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The work is expected to be completed in 5 years and be ready by 2028. According to CBD Executive Director (Commercial) Muhammad Omer, the aforementioned project will alter Lahore's cityscape and foster economic development.
